P.F. Changs China Bistro over the border

If you have never been...seriously Go! This place is a gluten free haven; the back side of their menu is all gluten free and they have so many delicious dishes on their menu including their lettuce wraps and the General Tso's Spicy Chicken...my favorite yum! If you have ever tried Earl's Chilli Chicken, (which are not gluten free) you will find this to be the exact equivalent; maybe even better.  They also have singapore street noodles which are a must try as well as their lemon chicken. I found the waiters to be very aware of the gluten free menu and the manager even came over at the end of the meal to ask us what we thought of the gluten free entrees. He was very professional and told me they have been tweaking their gluten free menu. We took my in-laws here and ordered dishes to share from the gluten free menu and they could not tell the difference and they absolutely loved the food. I would recommend this place to even those without allergies. It is a franchise and they have many locations.  I believe the closest one to Vancouver is the one in Lynnwood.
