Italian flair. Delicious Food. Beautiful women. Paliotti's in Abbotsford has it all, but most importantly... it has gluten free pasta!

I love this place; my boyfriend and I had our first date here so it holds a special place in my heart. I think it is a great place for a romantic evening.

To start, they bring you a delicious type of foccaccia bread which is served with balsamic vinegar. Sadly, this is not gluten-free. Any of the pasta dishes can be made gluten free except for the lasagne I believe. Furthermore, any sauces can be made to be gluten free except for the Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce and the Brandy Cream Sauce.

I have tried the Cajun Chicken Penne with the rice pasta. It is the best gluten-free pasta I have had at a restaurant to date! The sauce is so flavourful and my absolute favorite. My mouth waters just looking at the picture. You can't tell that the pasta is even gluten free, it tastes very normal.

The service and prices are fantastic. They may charge two dollars extra for gluten free items, but the last time I went, they didn't charge it.

Another bonus is that the leftover pasta tastes great the next day!
